an annoying sneezing problem?

im suffering from alergies right now and my nose is runny so i have to sneeze once every 30 minutes but i cant. its annoying and a problem anything i can do to help me sneeze?

Sneezing occurs naturally when an irritant enters the sinus -
Does your doctor recommend artificially inducing sneezing when no irritant is present ?
If so, then . . . black pepper . . .

if u take over the counter pills quit taking them ... if u dont take any at all try 1 advil and see how it affects it ...
