try the Japanese one called SenCha, this is the best kind of green tea, loaded with antioxidant and EGCG which help to increase your metabolism... Good Luck!!!

The kind you make yourself using large leaves, not teabags.

When you make your own tea, you're probably not adding extra chemicals to make it last longer on the shelf. Also, when you use larger leaves (often called whole leaf tea) more of the antioxidants are preserved in the leaf and will benefit you when you drink the tea.

Tea bags use a tea leaf residue literally called "dustings" in the tea industry. They are the lowest quality portion of the leaf and have the least chance of providing you with nutritional benefits.
