putting the block on? I never mean to offend anyone & only tell a joke if I think it might make someone else smile. (What are jokes for, after all?) So my joke wasn't allowed to be printed. The only word I can think of that might have upset anyone was v*b****r
Is that so bad? Sorry if it is.

Check out the Pondlife campaign, love!

Yahoo allow anonymous reporting of 'abuse'
That means any nutter can hit the report abuse button for what ever reason, they don't agree with your answer or question, or they are just in a bad mood. Yahoo never actually check the reported question, they just automatically deduct points and send a patronising email.
If you are unlucky enough, like Pondlife was, to attract a stalker, he or she can just report every thing you post - and Yahoo's response is frighteningly Orwellian, they try to eliminate you presence on the web, not just deleting you form yahoo answers, but deleting you from messenger and 360 etc - and you could be completely innocent, just some idiot has kept reporting you. No appeal, nothing you can do about it!
Which is why a gang of us keep trying to raise this point on YA - Join us, why don't you?!

Don't be sorry. There's too many pu55y a55ed, pole up the jaxy, poe faced, humourless pedants on here, like the tosspot who answered first with his highly witty "reported".

And Yahoo can't find their collective ar5e with their collective hands and will probably lose massive amounts of custom when people finally realise that they're not going to change the pathetic violations system.

Hey Funnygirl!! I am sorry that your question was blocked. Sometimes people can be too uptight which may have been the reason you were blocked. I don't agree however and do not think v**b***or is anything bad or offensive. Take care and good luck!!! :)
