I was clicking through articles off ABC World News web site and I came across this. After I read it I just sat back laughing. Not at the article itself for the info it told, that was interesting, but for how these "scientists" talk. They don't even realize the lies they tell themselves.

I counted 10 " I guess " in the article. I just had to share a good laugh. Can't believe I use to believe in this stuff, just did what I was told and never thought for myself or did any homework myself past what books I was given.

Most of what science is on a lot of matters a lot of big fancy words and theories, which is nothing but guess work

They keep putting theories together until they get something that works.

Yes and I guess evolution happened, or maybe could have happened, but really it is only a theory based on little or no facts.
Isn't that what evolution is all about? Darwin sat on an island watching animals and probably smoking opium, the drug of choice then, and saw many things, even animals changing as he sat there. Another three or four hits on the opium and the theory of evolution was born. For surely we came from monkeys, it had to be.

And for you evolutionists that read this, do not tell me that the theory of evolution was not based on the monkeys. Read the articles from Darwin's time up until about 1975. The search was for the "missing link", that is the link between monkeys and men.
Watch some Three Stooges shorts, they have a number of them that mention the missing link. Ever hear of the "Scopes Monkey Trial?" This trial was about a teacher wanting to teach that there was/is a missing link between monkeys and men.

Of course after that theory didn't work out, then they started the common ancestor theory. And they haven't found any real evidence of that yet either.

What is even more laughable is how you misrepresent truth. Your first source has only one quote - and no where inside that quote is the words "I guess." Your second source is a link to the Google newspage, not an actual article. Im guessing, like you Chrisitans acuse others, that you are taking those statements out of context...

If you want a real laugh, you should watch the "debate" that aire after the Lost Tomb of Jesus documentary. The filmmaker and other member defended the program, stating EVIDENCE this and that. The religious leaders comebacks?? I FEEL this or I FEEL that. Nothing but feelings and personal experiences. THATS laughable.

You’re like a wood cutter who searches the forest for fallen trees. You’re alone so even if you even if you could bring down a standing tree, it would be far too much work to chop it up and bring it home. So instead, you concentrate on fallen trees; the ones standing proud and erect simply don’t catch your attention. Fallen trees are quite rare in a forest of large trees but after much painstaking search, you find the remains of an ancient one near the edge and you dance and caper about thinking that because you’ve found one measly fallen tree, the rest will fall. This belief makes you happy and makes you feel superior to the people who come to admire the large trees and you try to convince them of your belief that because one old tree fell some time ago, all the other trees will fall too. The people just shake their heads and look at you with a mixture of pity and contempt.

Dude, your link is broken. Do you mean the article about the earth's crust, or the set of articles about Google and internet stuff? What are you talking about?

Fix the link and repost!

I don't really see why you were laughing. That's what science does. There is a theory. When something happens that is not what they expect, they investigate. What do you expect. Nobody knows all the answers. That's why we have brains. We can theorize and investigate and find answers.
