I work as a nurses aide and I am always on my feet. Grant it I am overweight. So I have started to excercise daily, and I am eating correctly. Now the only problem is I still feel no energy boost, and my joints are aching!. I feel worse then when I have started.

If you have time to grab a quick snack while you are working I suggest you eat 6 to 8 small snack/meals throughout the day. This will increase your metabolism and help lose body fat. Any kind of healthy snacks should help you. Also check out http://fitnessarticles.excellentabc.com . They have some good articles on losing weight.

Hope this helps you.

It can take a while because your body will go through a period of adjustment. Based on your comments, your body is probably having to deal with small tissue damage, which is normal when you work out, but when you're overweight you typically heal more slowly.

Hang in there. You're ahead of most of the people out there. They would have quit and not posted questions here. ;-)
