I don't if I am running a fever. I am so tired of getting sick from the other people who work when they are downright toxic and spread their germs to everyone else.

I would probably go into work with a cold, which I actually did just recently. I just took a bottle of purell and kept myself really clean, but then I developed bronchitis, and that is when I decided to go to the doctor and she made me stay at home for 4 days which happened to be during the work week. I was so bored out of my mind I couldn't stand it, and I was so glad to get back to work the following Monday. I think my stacks of papers were happy to see me as well. The only other thing that would make me call in sick was if I had a fever because that would mean I was contagious.

Its really depends on the cold, if it is a really bad one with lots of nose blowing I will call in sick to prevent the spreading. Also if I have a bad cough which usually turns in a bronchitis or chest infection I will call in sick.

depends on the severity of the cold. Just a little runny nose and coughing, I go in but tell people to stay away from me and I make sure to wash my hands alot. If it is bad, I stay home to prevent spreading it.

Yes. I also try to prevent contacting surfaces that other may touch and take cold medication to prevent sneezing. I don't go to work when I feel so bad that I'd not be productive.

Don't go to work with a cold. Your coworker will hate that. They know that it is contagious.
