i'm curvy and it looks bad with some shirts i wear. are there some ways to get rid of love handles and some of my stomache? getting rid of it fast would be nice, but it doesn't matter. i'm a health nut and exercise atleast 4 times a week. any help would be great. thanks.

Cardio (running, jogging, walking, etc) is the best way to remove excess fat. Doing situps alone will not help. I've noticed my love handles disappearing just from going for walks and doing the elliptical trainer at my gym 2-3 times a week. I have a pair of pants I cant even wear anymore because those love handles went away... It works, but it just takes time.. took me about 1 1/2 months to notice a difference. :) GOOD LUCK!! :) :)

Do you do enough sit ups?

Cut out dairy products for about 2 weeks and I bet it disappears and so will any bloating (If you have that)
