the sprint/short distance run on a track (when u run straight and you dont go all the way around)?
I'm joining track and I'm not good with long distance but I can run fast like that.

100 meters.

200 meters is half a full lap
400 meters is a full lap
and so on...

i kinda don't understand ya question but i think your talking about the 100m sprint when you run 1/4 out of the whole track

500 meters cause I used to do short distance running and we did the 500 meter dash and I could run that far fast but it didn't seem to be to far
