I will tell you that my mother-in-law used them. She did become addicted and her doctor told her that had to discontinue use. If you could use them just once in a while, I think it would be fine. However, if you have to take them every night, you need to see a doctor. They could prescribe something that is not addictive. Good luck.

Talk to your doctor. I take Melatonin. Its an all natural sleep aid, but if I remember right even it says it can be habit forming

yeah you could i took it for a while when i was younger. doing something energetic and no food before you go to bed helps a whole lot
