Right, forget the rest, this IS the best!
Make a sammich with peanut butter, sliced white onion and blackberry jam (jelly, to the Yanks). Absolute ambrosia!
Or try a sammich made with the cold lard left after cooking a roast of beef, little bit of salt and pepper....beautiful.... but don't tell your doctor, he'll have a COW about the cholestorol.

I wanna know how the hell you guys come up with these creations... are you carrying all the shopping home and fall down the stairs and *whoopsie* "my tuna has landed in the jelly on a piece of bread with whipped cream, might eat it"
hmmm....
hahaha
Can't say that I eat anything weirder than maple syrup on bacon, but I'l have you know that I discovered that when my pancakes were next to the bacon on my plate when i poured the syrup. And alot of you may think that one isn't that weird, but I live in Australia and No one ever eats those things together and people take the piss out of me for saying that i like it.
well that was a long answer, sorry about that!

Wesleyvale cheese and Christmas cake, each mouthfull washed down with a sip of single malt Scotch.
I read about it in a James Herriot Book (All Creatures Great and Small, etc) and thought that sounds so strange I've got to try it. So you take a bit of cake and a bit of cheese pop them in your mouth and chew them together, once you've swallowed have a sip of Scotch. Then just repeat the process. YUMMY

oddly enough peanut butter with just about anything you wouldnt normally put it with is a great combination, the penut butter's thickness combined with the salty savoury flavour of the peanuts goes well with most things....cheese, apple, walnuts, raisin, celery, watermelon, jellys or jams, whipped cream, chicken, beef you name it it goes well with it....id like to challenge someone to find a combination that DOESNT go well with peanut butter.
As for the lard and salt and pepper on fresh bread, my mother used to give that to us as kids, when there was very little other food in the house, you can also spice that combo up with cayenne pepper as well or sweet chilli sauce.

For a truly surprising combination try strawberries with balsamic vinegar. For some reason unknown to me the strawberries make the vinegar taste like toffee!

PIZZA: Hawaiian pizzas have your satndard tomato paste, cheese, pineapple and ham ... now get the pizza place to swap the ham for chicken, and add sweet chilli sauce (BYO if they don't have chilli sauce)
ON TOAST: Vegimite, Avacado, honey, cheese and your choice of sandwhich meat ... turkey, chicken, ham, silverside
CEREAL: For mornigs when you need to have something, but not much time ... Weet Bix, pour on coffee, add strawberry jam for sweetening
That gives you 4 of the 5 food groups (not meat) in one bowl and wakes you up for the mornig at the same time

I love peanut butter, banana and honey sandwiches and also try eating twisties with a mouthful of chocolate. The chocolate and the cheese flavour go so well together but im sure you could try chicken too.

Anchovy ice cream. Process the anchovies until liquified, soften vanilla or pistachio icecream and whip through the anchovies. Refreeze, then serve on top of warm nachos or waffles and bacon. Yummy!
