We are already in a war ya Moron..If you mean starting a new one is no!
The only reason why children like you get involved into politics is because youngsters always want to get into the limelight.
During the 60's some people were against the war and so they went to Washington to protest an Unjust war and when that happened A lot of Young people wanted to be apart of the protest because young people feel persecuted by their own parents so therefore they want to REBEL. so in turn the protests escalated!
I lived in Iran during the 70's and I watched the young get amped up because certain people were protesting The Shah of Iran. And in turn the Mullahs used the agitated youths to over-throw the government.
Now, I have lived in Tehran for a few years I know many people (mostly young) and they loved the western ways but once the Madness started they became scared of the Mullahs and the secret death (intimidation) squads of the Shia parties.(Vying for power)
Wow YOU say? the power of rebellion can overthrow a government? ! YES! Do you really think many of those kids wanted to go back in time? I think they did not have a clue. Now they are Governed by Idiotic, Racist, Corrupt people. If they could of seen the future. Many of them would definitely hesitate their actions.
(how to avoid going to war 101)>
So Therefore my young reader, The policies of the US Government seems mean (tough) to many, many people but seeing what I have seen in the many years abroad I can say that the U.S. has more of a "TOUGH LOVE" stance. We are living in the age of Underestimated Beauty of Free Democracy! Enjoy and read, read, and read some more!!!!!!!!!

What war are we trying to provoke?
Are you referring to Iran?
Do you really want a Jew hating nut like the leader of Iran to have an atomic bomb? Or do you really think that oil rich Iran needs a nuclear reactor for power?
Sometimes I think we should leave the rest of the world on their own. I am sure the world would have done just fine against Hitler, Tojo, Stalin and others without our help. I think most nations of the world have become wusses. They are so afraid of the Muslims in their countries that they won't fight the war against the Muslim terrorists and the nations such as Syria and Iran that support and back them.
All I can say is that when it comes to countries like France and China and Muslim terrorists "A curse on both their houses." (From Romeo & Juliet)
As for your badmouthing of President Bush. I don't like everything he has done. I just wish he would quit worrying about what others thinks (either Democrats or other nations) and kick butt and kill the terrorists. At least he is not afraid to fight, try to defeat and win against the evil of Muslim terrorists. He is not trying to appease it as so many people are doing. Look what people in Britain and France did with Hitler prior to WWII. Did Chamberlin get them peace in their time?

I think the government of Iran is a serious threat to us but I'm not sure that the Iranian people agree with their leader's views. Sound familiar?
I do hope people don't let the mistakes of the current administration cloud their view about this very real threat to our country.

Alright, this response is meant for all the Bush-haters. I agree with you to an extent. I did vote for Bush and I used to be the one to stand up for him when people would bash on him. Now, like many people, I feel I have seen Bush's true colors. I do not like many things that he is doing in office.
However, my concern is that too many people think that Bush is flying solo. He is the "Chief of State" and what many view as being the most powerful man in the world. But come on, you cannot believe that he is the only one with blood stains on his hands. And all the senators that are now trying not to get stuck with the hot potato are like, "The war is bad! And we never should have gone. I did not have all the facts when the vote came before the Senate."
Give me a break people.
Honestly, I am going to go out on a limb and make an extreme suggestion here- we need to get together, the millions of us Americans whom the federal government is supposed to bow to, and physically remove from office all the politicians whose intentions are not purely altruistic (I know, this is going to take an extra large paddy wagon). We have to know that the majority of the b.s that comes out of our nations capitol is pure rhetoric to appease the masses while pleasing the minority and the politicians themselves.

What is your problem!?!?!? Almost all the questions you ask are fanatical left wing views. If anything you are trying to provoke conservatives in starting a war with you. I wish Yahoo Answers would allow me to block people, then I wouldn't ever have to see one of your dumb questions again. Not only that, I am a liberal too, and I think your question is dumb. Please go read more before you actually post your questions next time.
