Ah... So you want to lose weight but you don't want to work out or eat right? Sorry. I highly doubt that will work, unless you have surgery to remove the fat.. I've lost over 25 lbs since November and all it takes is going to the gym 3 times a week (or more) and you can even work out at home. Sitting on your butt will not make you lose weight. Working out will. Think about it... will it pay off in the end to be healthy and fit? My gym only costs $30 a month and I can go as often as I like. I'd rather pay that than sit at home and be overweight... just something to think about. Twenty pounds IS a reasonable weight loss goal, but you have to be reasonable in your methods to lose it. Sorry but people are going to tell you... go to the gym. Or at least go for walks!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

the purely way i can imagine of to mangae that would want to be the cambridge nutrition plan (in my opinion, when I have used it i might want to lose as a lot as 4 pounds/day). there's a capture with this although: you're very probable to achieve each of the burden back once you end the nutrition plan, plus that when you lose more desirable than 2 pounds/week, component of the weightloss is actual no longer fat yet muscle. nevertheless, that is the most powerful way for on the spot weightloss, even even if that is not something i might want to point you attempting if it wasn't because you opt for to lose all of it in only 11 days.

Twenty pounds in two weeks is, possibly, impossible and extremely dangerous. Losing one-two pounds a week is more than enough!

Also, if you don't want to workout or pay for something, there virtually is nothing left. You need to workout to tone yourself.
