Tell myself it's no big deal. Just say "That's O.K." Get busy with something else; work, friends, food. Crack a joke. I tell myself that I can't collapse over one guy. And if I really feel like crying, I do it in a private place. But you can't beg him to change his mind. Or get mad and make him feel bad.
