there's just no easy way, try to accept that it's over,( make it your mantra, say it over and over until you convince yourself) then let time take over..., if you want to cry and holler and bawl over it, then go..if you want him back then why not?

You have to break it off completely to start the healing process. I've been through it several times and that's the only way.
