i have this girlfriend and we've been going out for about 2 and a half weeks, i've kissed her once on the lips but wasn't really romantic. i want to know when and where is it the most romantic time to kiss my girlfriend on the lips?

Where you "try" to kiss her tells her alot about you. Is it a place where you feel safe? Better, is it a place where she feels comfortable and safe? Your first kiss was a bust. OK round 2 better be great to make up for round 1.
Always, always, always. Clean shaven enough to roll your cheek along her cheek and ear. Hold her in your arms and let her see you looking at her lips. Stare at them untill she starts to talk, then strike quickly before she knows that thats what you've been waiting for. Start with soft pinching of her lower lip with your lips and move to the top lip then back to the bottom. No tongue work. Tongues are for pledged lovers and you're not there yet. Let her know that the kiss is over. Ask her, "You were saying something before I kissed you?" Tell her that you kissed her.
OK kiss two is over and now you have to let her know that she needs to let you know when kiss 3 starts by initiating it. She will try to kiss you when you talk so don't actually talk to her, pretend to catch her trying to kiss you.
It goes on and on ... I mean, Its so perdictable.

if you can get a slow dance with her hold her close and in the middle of the song pull back and kiss her slowly it is romantic and you will loss your slef it is great
