Fish oil contains an ESSENTIAL fatty acid called Omega 3. This is vital for a number of biological functions and guess what? You're probably getting very, very little of it in your regular diet.

Omega 3 fatty acids are proven to have anti-inflammatory effects and that can benefit your body in dealing with the damage caused by the Lymes Disease. There are other things you can do which can benefit your health as well, and fish oil is a good start.
