its not a gambling site. its a turn based game the credits are used for extra turns. the people with the rank at the end of a rd are awarded a number of credits. they havent paid any credits out.

is it considered gambling?

♥chelley♥ is not quite correct. Congress recently passed a law making it illegal to pay on-line casino's with credit cards or electronic payments. On-line gambling has never been legal in the US. Because illegal contracts are not enforceable, a US court should refuse the case.

In November Congress passed a law making all Internet gambling illegal. If it's a gambling site and you live in the US you are screwed. It is illegal for the sites to send money to people in America. They could be charged with money laundering and extortion. ALSO, if it is a gambling site then it is ILLEGAL for you to send money to it.

There wasn't any problems before November (which was 3 months ago BTW). But now many gambling sites are pulling out of the U.S. all together. It's just another case of Congress sticking it's nose where it doesn't belong instead of fixing the true problems facing America.
