Have you called on Him with sincerity in your heart? From your writing, I would guess that you have not. He knows your plight and He is willing to help you, but there is a price.
Has it occurred to you that perhaps what has happened to you in college is a result of something you did of your own free will? Had you turned to God for guidance, perhaps you would not have made your mistake. It is still not too late to repent. He can guide you to dreams and successes beyond your imagination. It may be that what He has planned for you is not what you have planned. But you have to trust in Him. Have you done that?
Obviously not. because if you had faith and placed your trust in Him, you would not be writing at all.
It's still not too late. He has been trying to get your attention. He is waiting.

Sorry I am not a Christian, but I will answer your post anyway.
Something tells me that there is a part of you yearning for God, only the other part cannot accept the situation yet. This is a good sign; you are doing fine, making progress spiritually even if you don't know it yet.
God is not about asking for Him in an instant and getting a reply, like you call someone on phone; nor is God about just wishing something was or was not there. But God is about maturity, growing up and accepting responsibility for one's actions.
Whatever you did that earned you the expulsion from college is not as important as the lessons you learn from it. In a way, God is about learning lessons, so that we make better choices next time.

God is not for you to bend to your will or your desires. He does love you, but it appears to me that you have a misconception of who He truly is. You must first enjoy a relationship with Him, and read His Word to understand better His nature. Just because you go through problems does not imply that God has forgotten about you, or even that it was His will. What I can tell you with all certainty is that if you put your devoted trust in Him, He can and will make something good come out of any situation. Even though it is not written in Scripture, the phrase is true, "God does work in mysterious ways." To illustrate: There was once a man who got stranded alone on a desert island. He managed to salvage a few items and made the best of it for a while. It took him a good while, but eventually he constructed a hut to live in and where he placed all his belongings. One day while out searching for food, he returned to find his place had caught on fire and burned to the ground. Needless to say, the man was devasted and was questioning God. A short time later, a rescue ship arrived, and the man was relieved. When he asked the ship's captain how they knew he was there, the captain replied, "We saw your smoke signal." Don't question God. Trust Him.

There is a God; and you need Him. The fact you maybe getting kicked out of school is not His fault but your own. Take responsibility for your actions. Repent; ask God to change you. When you do that, then pray that the school will give you a nother chance. But if they wont don't give up on God because He is still there. Believe.

Whether you believe in God or not you still have to suffer the consequences of your actions. God gives us free will and what we do with it is up to us. If I go bungee jumping without a cord than I can't blame God because my head split open when I hit bottom. God is NOT some kind of magic genie who makes all of your problems go away. But if you allow Him to He can help you through this and help you to grow from it. But again- God is not a get out of jail free card. If my child disobeys me and goes out and steals something. I would forgive her and still love her. I would even help her through the punishment but by all means I would still let her suffer for the consequences of her actions. Otherwise how would she learn to do better? God does the same thing for His children. It's called tough love!

Lol..u never believed in him but now that you have a problem your all I would love ur help right bout now. You cannot mock God, he doesn't show up when you need him when you haven't given him a reason to. Do you pray (talk to him) honor him, believe in his laws, you don't even have to be a Christian. No you don't. It's a normal human thing, of you have a friend who never talks to you, calls to find out how you are, wuts up with you and one day you see them and they are mad at you because they had a problem and you didn't help them.
God does love us but he shall not be mocked. In his infinite mercy he will create a way for you to get your attention and by HIS grace you'll give it to him but you have to play your part, after a life of sin all of a sudden you now believe or are willing to rather.

Where can I hide from your spirit?
From your presence, where can I flee?
If I ascend to the heavens, you are there;
if I lie down in Sheol, you are there too.
If I fly with the wings of dawn
and alight beyond the sea,
Even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand hold me fast.
(Psalm 139:7-10)
Most Monotheists including Jews, Christians, and Muslims believe that God is omnipresent (everywhere).
God has always been with you, is with you, and will always be with you even if you go to jail.
I pray that things work out for you.
With love in Christ.

Dude, can I just say that 5 years ago I was in a similar position. Right before my junior year I pretty much started searching for God, so I prayed that God would do whatever He needed to do in my life for me to know Him. What did He do? He took everything from me that I trusted in and desired-school down the tubes, friends died in car accidents, dad extremely ill, I was suddenly seriously ill, job down the tubes, and lost my fiance to my best friend. I went from having everything to nothing. I was stinkin' angry. And for good reason. After a semester of being angry and immersing myself in alcohol, drugs, and relationships, I was at the end of myself, and believing that God had forsaken me, attempted suicide, only to live on, even angrier that I couldn't die. I'd always believed that Christianity was about people getting out of hell... and God loving me...yeah, whatever, but that's not what got through to me. A friend explained to me that the purpose of living, etc, is to know God personally, as if He's sitting across from me at a table and I can know Him, like I know my dad or a friend. I know His character, I know His desires and wishes, etc. I was still stinkin' skeptical. After all, he'd dragged me through a crapload of stuff. But at that point, I realized that He dragged me through the crapload so I could know Him, the reason I was created, my ultimate purpose. In the end, it was worth it. It was God making things right, but in a way that was not easy. I won't say that life is easier, I still live in this world, but I can trust Him not to do things that aren't in my best interest. He does love you. I don't know if you'll be expelled or not, in the end, He knows. If you decide you want to get to know Him, it will have been worth it. If not, it was a totally wasted opportunity.
As I was thinking about your question, I came across this verse in Romans 8, 19-21. "For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God."
