Anyway, it really depends on some of the specific topics you will cover / points you will make in your speech.

You could have something such as:
Ignorance is Bliss - How society continues to imperil its very future by disregarding the mounting evidence of global warming.

Hot Today, in the Hot Seat Tomorrow - Will politicians muster the courage to tackle global warming head on before its too late?


I could think of other, but the creative juices aren't' flowing right now - long day at work.

why not go against the popular fool scientists
go with it is not global warming it is a natural cycle of the earth warming and cooling thru its rotation
there is no global warming if the earth froze it only stands to reason that it warms also natural cycle
i think these people all need something to scare us with look at ufos back in the 60's coffee was bad in the 70's aids in the 80's

"If the world does nothing to prevent or turn global warming around, the world will be a much nicer, warmer place, with no more snow storms, blizzards, ice, what have you. It will be like Miami all year 'round!" :D That's what I would say anyway. You never said what position you would like to take on the topic.
