my ex friend?

ok so my " ex " friend starts going for my ex that i went out with for 8 months. Then not even after a week they kissed and they have something for each other now and i had to find out from a fiend that he has been doing this and keeping it a secret " cus he doesnt want me to get hurt " first of all i thought friends wouldnt even go for your buddys ex's and so i talked to him and gave him a choice on whether to leave her alone and be boys or go for her and not to speak to me again . he said he would respect my decision and be boys then not even a week later they went out to dinner with my friend and my friend told me that he said i was dumb and he was gonna beat my ***.. i about nearly went over to his house and beat his face with my baseball bat.. but i dont know what to do im so pissed at him. how could a friend ever do that.. go for your best friends ex.. its messed up how can i make him regret this **** .. cus i really wanna make him feel like he made the biggest mistake of his li
