, be care full with methadone ,it is only to come off of heroin.never ever take anything with it like heroin or other drug ,it is fatal,.a person i new drank beer an did heroin with it an had a massive heart attach an died.i am not sure of the fatal dose ,but i no ,it has a lot to do with other drug or prescription you are on.
