Warm water. Mix in 1 cup warm water, 1 cup Hydrogen peroxide...get one of those baby ear suction bulbs and flush your ears with the solution. It will loosen up wax and cause it to come out, then your ears will be clear and not popping. Only do this about twice a month or your ears will be too dry and they'll hurt. Honest, that's what the ear surgeon told me to do years ago. Been doing it for over fifteen years and it works!

Ask a doctor to check it. Follow the old adage "Don't stick anything in your ear that is smaller than your elbow". Swabbing your ear is the best way to get an ear infection.

As a healthcare provider I agree that your eustachian tube is blocked....antihistamine or decongestant is in order. Are you sinuses bothering you...you may need to clear that for your ears to feel right.

Your Doctor can suringe it out for you or Chemists stock devises for cleaning out your ear canal, certainly sounds like you have a wax build up that needs clearing...cleaning out does feel strange, but it doesn't hurt and well worth it
