the age where you think- sh*t its cold -owch- ie being born would count as one, or when you are a new vorn and you finally stop crying as you have just seen something moreinteresting- a face!
Hvae you ever held a newborn- when I held my neice if someone had told me she wasnt yet thinking I'd have told them to go back to the study books to get their fact correct, babies are all about thought.

i didn't start till about a year ago. you start to think when you start to grow up.
as a kid, you really don't have to think about much because everything is being taken care of by your parents, etc.
you start thinking when you need to start thinking for yourself.
