Love. Definitely. I've always said I'd rather be homeless selling pencils on the street corner with someone I'm madly in love with than have all the money in the world but be in a loveless relationship.

To me if you have a guy who loves you that is just like money right?Well of course if you have to pay everytime you go to dinner or on a date you will get tired so money is important too.But with me the guy is the money and my guy has money but I date him because I love him not for money.

if i really dont get to choose both.... then love. so if your husband were the wealthiest guy in the world but you didnt love him or he didnt love you.... then wouldnt that be a crappy marriage? even if you got everything you wanted to buy.. then you would probably turn into a selfish person; im not saying all wealthy people are selfish but still.. wouldnt you want to marry someone you love not because their money? in marriage money shouldnt matter its love that does =)

truly you need both --- the money to ensure you can provide a life without too much worry about the cost of living (rent, mortgage, utilities, food etc) if you constantly worry about those things love is very difficult to hold and renew --- ive been there and have no wish to repeat it

Money, as long as it's mine. A high-paying career — hell, even a moderately-paying career — would always be more fulfilling than a relationship for me.
