I am just hungry. I don't care how fattening or healthy it is, I just want something satisfying and good-tasting to eat that will quench my hungry-man appetite.
And yes, I am aware that I am posting this in 'Religion & Spirituality'. I don't want food connoisseurs' opinions on fast food or I'll never hear the end of it. I spend time in R&S and trust your opinions.
All answers appreciated!

Rezany: I don't know if you missed the first part of the question, but I'm leaving work, i.e., there's no fridge in which to house an apple and a yogurt. I want something to eat Now, not in 50 minutes when I finally get home. Thanks for the reply though.

Well after watching a fast food documentary a few weeks ago. And they showed how McD's adds sugar to everything, milkshakes, salads, you name it. To give you a sugar high so you become addicted to their food. But most feel satisfied when they first eat it, but have pains later or feel bad, for the sugar high has worn off. Since they are no different than the tobacco giants now.
I'd spend my money at Subway or Penn Station (cheesesteak subs).

MacDonald's is the fastest. A good Big Mac, fries, and coke. Never mind the ice. (more coke that way, and it's cool enough anyway)
Contrary to Nunoyvgvn's experience, I don't find it particularly addictive: If, while doing a lot of travelling, I happen to go to Mac's twice in a week, I usually don't want to even see them again for about a year.

Couldn't you just grab an apple and a cup of yogurt outta the fridge? Hubby would choose a sub shop, and that's not too bad for him. Although He picks it because he gets full.

depends if you want to become a fat a ss or not.
The reason you are so damn hungry is probably because you aren't eating properly.
fast(fat) food is not the answer.
Try eating 5-6 small nutritious meals a day and you won't be hungry so much.
If you want to know about nutrition information e mail me. or ask again.
