About Once or twice evry hour (on and off) I'll feel something in my throat and then after awhile it will go away and then come back. I just got over being sick and I still have my cough and a little bit of a sore throat but that is it. (If that has anyhting to do with anything)

It's probably phlegm caught in the back of your throat. The best way to get rid of it is to gargle with warm salt water. Try this every couple of hours (1 tsp of salt and gargle a full glass of warm water in mouthfuls and spit). If this doesn't work, you can go to the doctor. If it is an infection, they may give you antibiotics, but it's just excess phlegm there, they'll be able to remove it if you can't expel it yourself. Hopefullly, though, the salt water will clear it up ...

You may have some residual phlem coming up and hitting the back of your throat. Your body is trying to work it out. If it persists for more than two weeks or worsens or becomes difficult/painful to swallow normally then see your doctor. Otherwise you should be fine. Good luck!
