A friend of mine and I had a fight Sunday and he said a lot of really nasty things to me. But before I left his house Sunday, he says to me, "Drive safe." knowing how upset I was...I mean I literally broke down at his house. That probably wasn't the smartest thing to do but I couldn't help it. The things he said to me really hurt. This is a guy that I've been trying to date for over 3 months now.
Does he really care to say that or was he saying that out of obligation to say it? I can't decide...

Were the two of you drinking earlier on in the day? If so he may of been concerened over your safety.
However if he said it sarcasticly or in a mean way like "Hope you don't get in a car accident on the way home." Yeah, He was probably angry at the time. If it's bothering you that much just ask him what you meant when you said "Drive Safe." Simple as that...

Have a Nice Day!!!

sorry it's time to move on regardless of why he said that. He probably said it because he didn't want to feel guilty if something were to happen to you. He probably feels bad about what he said, nonetheless he is not into you and it's time you found a man that was. Good Luck!!!
