Can't really think of many ways . .
High school > lots of kids who don't want to be there and are disruptive because they are required to be -
Totally opposite in college , no one required to be there, everyone that is there is there to get ahead . (except the few there to placate parents picking up the tab)
High school > material presented at a slacker pace to accommodate the slow ,
College opposite again - material pumped out at lightning speed , will blow right past any slackers .
High school > light homework (less than 1 hour per class)
College homework 2 hr min per class to succeed.
High school > social scene rife with air headed fashionistas and other limited gray matter bipeds.
College > fashion divas a minimum and in a couple of sororities , usually drop out after 1st year or grow up !

They are not. There are 4 types of college classes. Daily in which you go MOn-Friday. A class that meets 3 times a week on mOndays, Wed, and Fridays only and There is the one that just meets Tues and Thursdays. There is also night class. High school classes just meet everyday.
