It's most likely an alprazolam (Xanax) 0.25mg tablet. Alprazolam relieves anxiety and nervousness and helps to treat panic attacks.

Why are all you people guessing none of you can know unless you have seen it!!
I assume from the fact that your asking what it is it has not been prescribed for you therefore you should not be worrying about what it is as you should not even be thinking about taking it!
The safest thing you can do is take it straight to your nearest pharmacy (tell them you don't know what it is) and ask them to dispose of it.
Be responsible and don't leave it laying around or discard of it where it can potentially harm someone!

DO NOT dissolve it in the toilet like 'mrs tog' says. Water treatment facilities have no way of separating drugs from wastewater, and you'll cause problems to the ecosystem. There has been quite a bit in the news recently about this problem. Just throw it away in your garbage.

Looks like it MIGHT be Alprazolam. This is a benzodiazepine (Valium like drug) The fact that thousands of sites seem to be trying to sell it to you on line, without prescription, almost guarantees that it is a drug people enjoy abusing. It is not available even on prescription in the UK, so I have no personal knowledge of the drug.

I can tell you with out a doubt 100% is Xanax, no I don t need to see it and no I m not guessing. I have been prescribed or years, I don t take them unless I absolutely need to but no other pill has that exact number or "fancy" r you describe there are others that are 0027 but those do not have a fancy r and you said 027 not 0027
