Does anyone know? Any herbs or supplements that can help? Can probiotics (acidophilus etc) help prevent a stomach virus?
Thanks.

No, you cannot use herbs or probiotics to ward off norovirus (the stomach flu virus).

Wash your hands often with hot and soapy water, especially when preparing food, or changing diapers. Do not let people who are or have been recently ill with diarrhea or vomiting prepare your food. Avoid sharing bathrooms with people who have had diarrhea and/or vomiting. Sanitize the bathroom and other rooms that may have had a "mess" using a bleach dilution. Wash any soiled sheets or clothing in hot water, with bleach if possible.
