it's parrot tongues cooked in a pie crust I've never had it ,but I've heard that it is very good .And it is bitter like a lemon so please mince up the tongue very fine so that you don't have to use so much sugar.You only need one tongue to a nine-inch pie crust.

very goog delicacy....they use other parts of the parrot to make it extra parroty.....mmmmm....parrot tongue
