I feel really tired all the time,I can't concentrate in school,I get really bad headaches,I get mad easily, and start crying for no reason, and I feel like my mind is totally out of it.My parents keep saying oh we had all these tests done, there's nothing wrong with you!But I know there is!I can't even get up in the morning to go to school, and I'm not the type of person to not go to school, even though I don't like it.They keep saying if I keep "acting up" I am going to have to see my counselor at school! I don't need to freakin see a counselor! They don't even try to help me! I don't know what to do if I do have it,because they don't do anything! Please help me!I hate feeling like this!

Iron is possible. Vitamin B is also very possible as a deficiency that could be causing you problems. Actually, any nutritional deficiency could throw your body of of whack.

Also keep in mind that diet problems can be as much about what you are eating as what you aren't. If you're concerned, try cutting out meat and refined grains. Focus on more raw fruits and vegetables for a while. As you begin to notice changes, add small amounts of other foods back into your diet and keep a journal of your moods. You may notice that things you're eating are affecting you.

This isn't the only possibility, but it's an easy one to look into. There's really no downside to it, so give it a try.

Hey Lady,
...it's OK your not the only one that feels like this on a regular basis. See if you can get an appt with an endocrinologist. You might have a thyroid problem which would account for the tiredness...being tired will make you weepy & cranky.
As for the counselor, don't look at it as a punishment. Your parents are probably as frusterated as you are. Go & talk to the counselor just so she/he can let your parents know there isn't anything wrong with you. Plus it never hurts to have someone to talk to that isn't in the middle of the problem. Just an extra ear.
I hope things go well for you & wish me luck on my endocronologist appt tomorrow...

You could be bipolar or have some kind of mental illness. Or you could simply be going through hormone changes which is causing your mood swings. See a physician.....good luck!
