There was something like this already.. but oh well..

My favorite breed would have to be any that could be considered a 'pitbull.' American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers and so on.

Why? I love the fact that everybody thinks they're so vicious but when they come to see my dogs they notice how sweet they really are.

They'll do anything to please their owner, even if it means fighting to the death. (No, I don't fight my dogs)

And I love the way they look & their personality.

BASSET HOUND......mellow, full of love and kisses, obedient, smart, goofy and uncoordinated (super funny to watch play).

I have an 8year old rescued basset, the only other dog I've had was a Jack Russel (which are awesome). He is the biggest sweetheart and wouldnt hurt a fly. I can take him anywhere around anyone or anything and as long as he can stand next to me he's fine. I think I'm going to be rescuing bassets for the rest of my life.

I'd have to say that my favorite breeds are miniature poodles and dachshunds. Miniature poodles are very lovable and they are always there when you need them. They know where you are feeling down and try to cheer you up. Great lap dogs too, if you are looking for a lap dog here it is! I like dachshunds too mainly because they are very good cuddlers like poodles and have good personalities as well!

my favorite breed of dog would have to be a golden retreiver.

they are good dogs to teach things to. like how to sit, lay, and all of the basic commands.

i also think that they are very nice dogs. that they are good around young children.

they like to play alot and they are a lot of fun to.

for me u really can't notice that my dog is here at home. cuz he is such a dog boy then u ask where the dog is.

o yea they are protective dogs

gentle when u play with them

so i love golden retrievers the best!!!

Dobermans with out a doubt. Beautiful, fantastic looking animals and as loyal as they come, great with kids, and a really good deterrant for burglars and other nasty people.

I have a jack russel and he's awesome. tons of personality, but quite a handful. I'm not a big dog person, but his personality is similar to cat. I don't feel bad when I don't pet him (like a cat). He is my fav. dog of all time, but like I said, he is quite the handful.
