Find out where you are and who you are with when you experience these symptoms, you might be experiencing a panic attack. A lot of people every year feel this way, it is normal as long as it doesn't keep you from participating in daily activities.

Maybe try to see a different doctor. Tell that doctor what you think it could be and be tested for it.
It may very well be stress which would mean you need to take some time our for yourself and re-group.
maybe you're pregnant??? just with the feeling of having to puke and the irritability???
Hope someone else can offer more insight.

I agree we would desire to attend and see, yet some persons are waiting on our refunds no longer because of the fact we "have positioned ourselves in a dire concern" yet because of the fact issues befell. i'm a single mom of four little ones, who slightly makes adequate to pay hire and daycare and gas to circulate to artwork. i would be unable to have adequate money any extras, did no longer have cable, no cyber web, in basic terms effortless water, means, gas, and the $150/month charge for my used motor vehicle i offered so i could have a competent motor vehicle. and that's it. On Dec 27 our domicile caught fire by using previous wiring and we've been compelled to circulate away our domicile. i did no longer have money stored because of the fact i did no longer have adequate in spite of everything my charges to save any. now we've been staying with a relative for a month "till i'm getting my tax refund" so i could have adequate money a pair months hire and deposit on yet another place. The kin individuals are already pushing asking on a daily basis if I have been given the money, so as that provides to the stress. With my refund I"m paying off my motor vehicle, getting us right into a house, and putting something away. I understand whats being reported approximately human beings and their loss of staying power, yet i'm offended that somebody right away thinks we count on the refund because of the fact we positioned ourselves in a concern that we want the money for. Sorry for the rant, yet i've got been under pressure attempting to preserve my kin considering the fact that our domicile burned, till you're in my shoes please do no longer make assumptions. some persons are in basic terms attempting to preserve our babies.

I do suggest getting a second opinion then. Maybe you have anxiety. Or maybe it really is just stress.

Regardless, if your not comfortable with what your physcian said, then definately seek another opinion.

Just don't stress yourself about it. I can't see that helping you .

Good luck!

Don't try to diagnose yourself; go to a different doctor. Get a second opinion. Don't play around with your health.
