It has made me feel sick although I do eat meat (very rarely) what happens to these animals. It makes you wonder what happens to animals that are just killed for other reasons and the slaughterhouses are not as clean and efficent as this one. Is the meat checked in every slaughterhouse to these standards. Dont think so. It makes you wonder what we can be eating, and whether is this one of the reasons why there is so much illnesses about in this day and age. Not every slaughterhouse can be as efficient as this no way.

I don't eat meat. Every time I try I just keep thinking about the animals. I am not a raging veggie but I just find it hard not to think about the killing process and what must go through the aminal's mind that it puts me off. I don't need to eat meat so I don't bother anymore.

I'm not a veggie, but I have to be honest if I actually saw an animal being killed and then chopped up I think I would be.
I have to 'detach' myself from the animal/meat thing - I just think of it in meat in polystyrene trays. I can't even go to a butchers - It's gross!
