Kids as young as12 years old that come from there are getting stoned and they can't cope with out it.

What are you talking about? Cities do not grow or sell marijuana. In fact, a few years ago Willits banned medical marijuana dispensaries which are legal under CA law (but illegal under federal law).

they can to cope without it, they may not like going without it but it is not addictive and most people can stop on a dime to pass a UA screen (marijuana can stay in your system for as long as two months, most people can't go a week without smoking a cigarette).

It's not like cigarettes or alcohol, which is what most of those same kids are actually abusing.

Get your facts straight before you form such a strong opinion.

Growing marijuana is illegal in California. The drug problem is in every area of our nation. It is sad that our children are exposed to drugs, sex and violence at an increasingly younger age. I wish I had the answer.
