I want to do a Biographical poem on this artist for school but I'm having trouble with that because I don't know who made it! Haha. Soooo if anyone could help me with that it would be really great. Thanks :)

I don't know if I'm correct but it appears that the artist is Jim Warren. I believe this because I enlarged 3 of the pictures from the link you sent and searched the Internet. Also, the pictures in the link you sent look similar to his pictures (see source below) in terms of theme and color.
