First you want to start off by saying hi to her when you see her....then with time try and have conversations with her, I think this will bring more comfort around her and eventually tell her that you think she is nice and take it from there. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HER (WELL OR ENOUGH) DO NOT START OF BY TELLING HER. I THINK YOU ARE NICE AND I ..........................I HATE WHEN GUYS DO THIS...HOW CAN YOU THINK I AM NICE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ME

just say hi and say wann go to the ...... this .... i dunno. But ask her in a way u feel comfortable
