If you have been saved and have repented of all sins, God doesn't see you as a sinner. If you ask for forgiveness after sin then you have nothing to be judged for and then would not be considered indentified in Sin. As soon as you become a follower of Christ you will be identified with Christ, but if you fall away from God then the opposite. You always want to be right with God. It can be confusing and I bet I didn't word it corectly but, If you ask God for help, He should give you the knowledge to figure it out. Trust and have faith. God loves you.

Before we are saved God sees us as sinners and that we need to repent. But by the outpouring of Jesus' blood and His love for us he has washed away are sins. "As far as the east is from the west" is how far he has moved those sins from us. Love keeps no record of wrongs, especially God's love. But if you sin and bring something between you and God's relationship, God calls you to repent of your sin so that he can be close to you and give you the desires of your heart. If you abide in Christ, he restore the years the locust has eaten (the devil has ruled over your heart and life). After salvation God sees us as Son's of God and joint-heirs with Christ to crown of righteousness.

Salvation is an ongoing process.:
Phi 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
If you "practice" sin then you are a sinner and are separated from God until you confess that sin and repent (turn away) from it. For example, if you are living with someone and having sex with them and are not married to them, you are a sinner (committing fornication or adultery) until you change that environment.
1Jo 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
I am not saying salvation is based on works but rather on a real born again experience. If you say you are saved there should be evidence. One form of the evidence is righteous living.
To try and answer your question directly, if we are truly saved then God sees us through the sacrificial blood of Christ. Its normal to make mistakes/sin and then confess and repent. God understands that, but He doesn't rejects someone who says he has made Him Lord of their life and yet continues to defy him intentionally when they know that something is wrong and do it anyway.

One can not make up for their past, for something they did not do wrong. This is the way the world is - if God saw us as sinners, we would be punished, which is not right, and is not God's way. We are meant to sin, for if there was no existence of a sin, what would this world be? After salvation, God knows we understand what we have done wrong.

This is a great question. Many can defend it either way. We are taught in the bible, (2 Cor. 5:17) we are new creations if we are "in Christ." This means repenting of all past sins and laying aside your cloak, (Mark 10:50) or anything that would keep you from truly surrendering to God. We are perfect HUMANS, meaning we'll always sin, in his sight, but we are washed by the blood of Christ! Praise God for Grace!

We are seen as children of God. Yes, we still sin, but with repentance, we turn away from that, and with knowing God little by little everyday, we can see sin in our lives easier. With more light in our lives, the dark is revealed, and we can turn away from it. Its in the beauty of knowing God. Our entire lives of sin is taken with Jesus on the Cross when we asked for salvation and take up our lives with Christ. That doesn't mean that you should might as well continue to sin because you are going to heaven anyway. Thats not what repentance is. Repentance is when you ask for forgiveness and turn away from your sin, not to do it again. Yes, there will be temptation and sometimes we give in. But as a Christian and with the help of the Holy Spirit, you can get rid of that sin. Pray for Gods guidance. I hope this helps!

Hi student, after salvation we are totally forgiven, everything we did before is wiped out forgiven and forgotten...He sees us in our finished perfected state. In God's eyes we are identified with Christ.
We still make mistakes and get things wrong but this doesn't change God's heart towards us, once saved and redeemed you will always want to do things that please God He knows when your heart is for Him...
Some sciptures: Isa 43v25...Psalm103v12..if you do something wrong and your heart condemns you, say your sorry and move on...your already forgiven He loves you...
Edit: I think Dee put it beautifully...it's very simple, it's us that complicate it...youv'e received Him, just trust Him, and don't let others complicate it for you...God Bless you..

We're seen as having Christ's righteousness....
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition [between us];
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, [so] making peace;
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: (Ephesians 2:13-16)
But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. (Romans 6:17-18)

After your Saved, you are GOD's Child.
The Power of GOD can Flow Through you then, without hurting you.
You can Still Sin, but you will sin as a Child of GOD, not a Lost Person, Sinner etc..

Scripture tells us that upon repentance we are washed clean in the blood of Christ; a new creature. Thats the way God views us, but unfortunately often people are unable to view themselves that way - they tend to not forgive themselves many times.
