I know they speak Portuguese in Brazil, but the word doesn't exist in the dictionary. Maybe it's slang in Brazil or something.

You mean "cuíca".... A cuíca is a type of drum used in Samba music. Cuícas are really important in Carnival in Rio de Janeiro.
