Deviantart.com is a great place. There are A LOT of people on there. Though most of them are Anime fans, there is still a great population of photographers. Great photo quality. Galleries. Browsing. Favouriting other artworks. Submitting prints that could be bought by people.

deviantart is good, you can find any sort of art on there, betterphoto.com is also good.
