Until they run out of breath. jk. There isn't a set time. You could drown in 10 seconds, then again you could drown in 5 minutes.

It relies upon on the fellow, and how properly they they could with stand the coldness of the water. in many cases about 3-10 minutes. in the journey that they could't swim and they panicing they're maximum like ly to down quicker as they're panicing about drowning and scaring themselves. also relies upon on the dimensions of the fellow,

It would depend if the person is a good swimmer. The average is four minutes, but you would have to take into consideration height, weight, age and gender.
