how would i go about asking a guy out that i like at work? i never had a boyfirend be4!!! i am so worried and nervous and scarred of everything PLUS regection!!! what to do?????

hmnn if its ur first time i wouldnt recommend doing this with someone at work.
Practice on someone else first.

First off, you need to keep in mind that if you don't ask him, you'll probaly never go out with this guy. Since you're so shy, he probably has no idea that you're into him. You need to make the first move, even if it means being rejected. Otherwise, he might find someone else before you've asked him out. Be brave!
About asking him out: what if you asked him to go out to lunch with you? If you're leaving work to grab a quick lunch, it won't seem like a date. Then you two will have a little time to chat and get to know each other better. If you're lucky, he'll make the next move and ask you out next time.
You could also invite him to join you at a concert, a sporting event, etc. If you know he's into baseball, for example, you could tell him that you have an extra ticket to a baseball game (just tell him your friend canceled on you, so you've got her ticket too), and see if he wants to go with you.
The worst thing that could happen is that he declines. Seriously though, would that be the end of the world? You'll then know that you two weren't meant to be, plus you'll have experience in the asking out department. But most likely, your co-worker will be flattered that you asked him out, and will want to take you up on that offer. Good luck!

do worry about regection it happens to everyone atleast once in life... just be yourself... walk right up to him and ask... or have a friend ask one of his friends what the guy you like thinks about you... then (if it's good) ask him... or write him a note.

Well if your shy to ask him, just write him a note and ask him to go out with you. and for the rejection part hey you can over it happens all the time to millions of people a day and they get over it. Don't be nervious if you need to chat more IM me anytime.
