Oooh that's REALLY BAD. because acrylic paint is plastic once it dries up, we used in in art class before and it was not pretty when someone poured the yellow one all over a girl lora's seat as a cruel joke. My teacher told us that you can't unless the paint was fresh.

Just an add on, don't try water. Won't do nothing. Because it's just plastic now

You could try a product called "Oops" which will take dried latex paint up or you could get a quart of "paint deglosser" and try those in an inconspicuous spot. Not sure if your paint is on a vinyl or fabric seat just rub easy though. I've never removed it from seats in a vehicle so your really on your own here all I can advise you is what will remove paint. Good luck

Unfortunatly, unless you act when it is still wet, its pretty much permanant....

I feel for you, i have in all in the back of my trunk, i just covered it with a sheet.

** Oh, you could get some fine scissors and cut that out if they aren't leather seats, or find some arcyrlic paint that matches close to it, (the come in a million different colors) and try to paint over it so it isnt THAT noticable

they have an acrylic remover (I believe the name of it is the same..."acrylic remover" ) on the market.. that might do the trick....it is usually sold where the paint is in craft stores...you would have to read the back of the can and see if it can be used on the type material that your seats are covered with...

This is pretty bad!! Acrylic dries really hard! Have you tried some nail varnish remover? Or turps? Acrylic is water based so you could add water but that would just smear it out more I think.

My husband is a painter and when asked he said to go to your local paint store and ask for "goof off". He`said that should take it right off. Good luck.
