Hi there, Look if you go on the net you will find homes that are pet friendly.
In Australia we have many homes that welcome pets. They are country areas of course but at least you are able to have pets with you. However there is the other option, place them in a pet motel not far from you on your travels for the night weekend etc and you stay close by in other accommodations.
Pick them up in the morn for there walk and then take them back.
In some cases pet motels are inexpensive,
Hope that helps

If you fancy a holiday in Cornwall.........go to www.chycor.co.uk . They have "pet friendly accommodation" in their drop-down list of options .
Our 2 storey , 2 bedroom , holiday apartment is also listed there , it is in St Ives , dogs are allowed - £10 each per short break or £20 a week .

hi, we took our great dane and weimaraner on holiday to Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire, went with Haven holidays, they have quite a few sites that will accept pets. The beaches there are amazing, miles and miles of golden sand to let the dogs run on.
Would definately go with them again if we were going to take dogs on holiday....mind you it was quite interesting having a great dane in a mobile home!!!
good luck, enjoy your doggy holiday!

Centre Parcs accept dogs in certain accommodation and I`d imagine they would be pet friendly. We went to the one in the Lake District (Whinfell Forest) we didn`t take our dog but it`s nice to know that we can take him when we go again, it`s a lovely place with excellent surroundings so you can enjoy the Lake District and Centre Parcs all in one!!
