After doing a bit a research for a Women's Studies class I was shocked to find out that some women in fact never have an orgasm. What steps if any has/should the government take to combat this?

the government should give out coupons for Ann Summers so all ladies have at least one in their life time. And if they have never had one then they are with the wrong person and should get shut and find someone who can make them ***. if not then use the net www.ANNSummers.com its great.

The government doesn't care about that sort of problem. In my opinion a woman should be able to enjoy sex as much as her partner. That's why I do what is needed to make sure she gets hers first. But some women can't. Whether it's from stress, a feeling of discomfort or a mental block is something she would need to talk about. In a loving relationship the couple should be able to talk seriously about anything.

well, i don't know what to tell you. i am a woman that the ratio of orgasms is 7 to his 1. so i don't into that some women category.

often times females are merely no longer contained in the mood for sex and they pretend orgasms so the guy can *** quicker and he or she would properly be performed with it. different cases she merely doesn't opt for to make her guy sense undesirable.

it s not the gov fault it s the woman it s how her body reacts to stimulation like i have had a few but it was with a guy that i have been with for a while it takes some work and the guy has to know wat makes that woman tick
