I'm not an addict — in case you're wondering! I'm actually not a big pill fan, but need something stronger than OTC for low back pain, right now.

I used to get my tramadol from www.tramadolwarehouse.com and theres a number of other websites that you can buy it from without a script and they ship it to you. but for the hydrocodone if you see a doctor and he writes you a script since it is generic for vicodin it wont cost much at all.

chiropractor, massage therapist and principles in the book (bottom) (occasional aleve)
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas (natural muscle relaxers) daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

I went to the doctor and got a prescription for 120 Tramadol, as I have arthritis very bad. He told me to go to Walmart. It cost me $8.00.

please, go to your doc if you have not. codeine is one prescribed drug which will make you dependent fairly quickly. hydrocodone is synthetic codeine and has the same effect. the problem is that you will only be treating the symptoms, not the cause. doc. may give you something better to help the symptoms and will probably diagnose and rehab problem. chiropractor may also help.

I believe you can go online and get medications from canada at a reasonable price, im not sure if its legal or not.

Your Doctor can prescribe it for you. If you get it online, you risk the chance of getting something else, getting a pill of poor quality, and it's also illegal.

go to the ER...
It is a controlled substance! I would be very cautious getting it from the street!
