You can repent anytime...anywhere. Jesus is listening and would like to talk.

He's got the time...

The Sacrement of Reconcilliation is medicine for you.
Yes, you review your concious ... make a confession ... and repent from doing such things in the future. Each time you do this, you receive a grace from the Holy Spirit which will help you overcome your short comings. Many have habitual sins they confess.

The Blessed Mother Teresa had the Sacrement of Reconcilliation daily ... I ponder what was she, who was so saint like, could possibly confess. We have "In what we've done and what we've failed to do" ... so, I'm sure that this might have been part of her repentings.

Of course you can repent for that. God will always forgive. That's what makes Him incredibly awesome.

To repent means to change your mind, and change your direction. If you did something or said something wrong, apologize to God, and change your mind.

All it takes is DECIDING to submit to God. Decide now, and stand your ground. That's all you need. God forgives you, keep telling yourself that until you accept it.
