Did you put it on in four months? No? Then it won't come off in four months. Go to www.weightwatchers.com, follow their diet, and exercise for about an hour a day. You'll lose 80 pounds in 40 weeks. 80 lbs in 4 months is 5 lbs a week... Difficult but do-able. Severely limit your caloric intake (i.e. maybe 1000 calories a day) and do at least 1 hour of cardio workout a day. Also, eating foods/taking supplements that boost your metabolism will help.

i know you dont want to hear this but its not going to happen unless you stop eatting or something crazy like that....begin by taking small steps like eating better and begin exercising.....do not go on a diet because then you will gain all the weight back and maybe even more make it a lifestyle change and you will feel better for the rest of your life.....Good Luck!!

One thing, Stop eating. Fat can't make itself. If you stop eating so much, you'll lose weight. forget all the stupid diets and exercise crap and pills. sorry to be blunt, but its true
