Go see the optometrist.
He/she can probably fix that problem.

Clean and disinfect your contacts 'really' well and let them sit in the solution for a few days. Get some Visine for the redness, just don't ever put the Visine in when your contacts are in.
After a few days try the contacts again. If they get red you need to replace your contacts (there may be something in the lens).
Just make sure if the redness doesn't go away or gets worse go see an eye doctor.

Do not wear your contacts anymore!
You are risking your sight if you wear contacts and your eyes remain irritated. It is not worth it so wear glasses until you visit a contact lens-specialist or eye doctor.

First of all, take out your contacts. Then call your eye doctor. Describe your symptoms, and he/she will be able to help you. Chances are, you'll still get to wear your contacts. Maybe you have just been taking care of them improperly, or perhaps your eyes just need a little break.

go to the doctor immediately.
if your eyes are hurting you might have anything from a problem with the type of contacts to an infection. a doctor can fix this up. worse comes the worse, you might need to wear glasses for awhile, but it's better than going blind!!!
